It installs, but when I double click on the icon it just flickers a bit and then nothing.

Original Poster 2 points 4 years ago You could use AutoHotkey to map the G keys. Now it takes Stereo Sound and up-samples it to non-existent 7.1 channel sound. Windows does not seem to like this and is why its not working.

With later drivers that use LGS, Windows thinks there is only 2 channels and the LGS software somehow cheats to get the extra channels.

If you notice the old drivers correctly show up as 7.1 channels in the Windows playback panel and thus everything is in sync. It seems earlier drivers worked completely differently to LGS. Unfortunately I cant program the G keys for games that I use. Now i just got windows 10 and when theres bass it crackles or just sounds really bad.
